Question: How do I create an account?

Answer: By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. Simply click on the 'My Account' link in the top right hand corner of our website and step through the 'Create An Account' questions.

 



Question: Can’t Find the Part You are Looking for or Don’t Know Your Part Number?

Answer: We have made it easy for you! Just follow the instructions found on the JDParts information page and learn how to search for what you need in the John Deere Parts Catalog. This search option allows you to view part numbers and diagrams for your specific machine model.

 



Question: How do I edit my account information?

Answer: From your 'My Account' dashboard you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information. Select a link in this section to view or edit information.

 



Question: I forgot my password?

Answer: That’s OK! To retrieve your password for your Hunt Green account go to the 'My Account' section at the top right hand corner of our website and click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link. Type your email address in the appropriate box and a password will be sent to your email account. Once you retrieve this password you can then proceed with your online shopping.

 



Question: How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my Order?

Answer: Click the 'My Account / My Orders' link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer able to be changed.

Question: How much is my shipping?

Answer: For your convenience a quote for shipment costs can be calculated on the product pages of the Hunt Green website. After you receive your quote and wish to place your order you can simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered confirmation of Shipping Method choices and their prices.

 



Question: Do you ship to my country?

Answer: We currently ship to all Australian States and Territory's. At this time we do not ship to any locations outside of Australia.

 



Question: Can you please give me more details on shipping?

Answer: Yes we can, please see our Shipping and Return Policy for all details.

 

Order Status


Question: How can I track my Order?

Answer: To track your order simply visit the 'Order Status' page online. If you are not logged into your account you will be asked to provide your username and password.



Question: My order never arrived.

Answer: Please check with the carrier and through the tracking options available. If you have not been able to locate your order after this time please contact us at support@huntgreen.com.au or call us on 1800 658 522.

 



Question: An item is missing from my shipment.
